As you may have heard, Miche is instituting a lot of changes over the next few months. Puttin’ On The Glitz will continue to be your source for Miche Bags and the friendly, personal service that you love. We want to let you know about some upcoming changes for both our local and out-of-town customers.
In-Store
The biggest upcoming change will be that over the next month or so, Miche will be transitioning completely to a new online ordering system. We will continue to have samples of all of the available shells in-store for you to preview. Come in any time during normal store hours to see all of the base bags, shells and accessories in person.
While we will be able to sell the merchandise that we have in-stock, while it lasts, the ordering process will soon be moving entirely online. There will be a computer in our Miche room, allowing you to place your orders quickly and easily. We’re happy to help with anything you need. Out-Of-Town
Ordering will be easier than ever for our out-of-town customers. You are still more than welcome to call and place your orders, however you will now be able to visit our new online store and place your orders from home 24/7 by visiting http://puttinontheglitz.miche.com. Pricing & Shipping
The major benefit of Miche consolidating their retail and home party divisions, is consistent pricing. Previously, retail locations were required by Miche to charge a higher price than home party reps were allowed to charge. Now that everyone falls under the same classification, things are definitely working out in our customers’ favor! Aside from a few items that will remain the same price, the majority of items will actually be going down in price by a couple of dollars. The new pricing structure will be going into effect in-store on Tuesday, February 14th.
All orders will be shipped directly to you from Miche’s west coast warehouse via FedEx. They have negotiated special prices to provide the lowest-cost shipping possible.
